(Mel Gibson told Oksana Grigorieva he is "f***ing sorry" they had a child together.
The actor has been caught on another audio tape telling his ex-girlfriend she offends him on "every f***ing level".
In the tape, which has been obtained by RadarOnline.com, Mel - who has a nine-month-old daughter Lucia with Oksana - can allegedly be heard saying: "I'm so f***ing sorry I had a child with you. I despise you. I don't want you back. You have proven yourself to me. You're not the f***ng woman I want."
During the foul-mouthed rant Mel also taunted Oskana over the amount of lovers he believes she has had and makes reference to her 12-year-old son Alexander - her child with actor Timothy Dalton.
He said: "The game's over. Let the new games begin so you can get it on with anybody else and your son can watch it... What is it? Number 45 he's going to have to look at?"
The 54-year-old actor also accused Oskana of "ruining" him and denied that nicotine withdrawal - as he battles to give up smoking - was responsible for his anger.
He screamed: "You f***ing ruined me. You f***ing ingrate! I'm so mad! I'm so angry! And this is NOT the nicotine, this is the truth! You f***ing don't love me one bit and you know it, you using b*tch."
This is the latest in a long line of tapes which appear to reveal Mel assaulting Oksana and launching into several hate-filled and expletive-riddled rants.
He is now being investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services over allegations he assaulted the Russian singer and injured their daughter Lucia.
He is also being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department over domestic violence claims.
Meanwhile, Mel was photographed for the first time since the scandal broke, walking from his Malibu home to attend mass at his Catholic church.

I actually changed my mind I think Mel is being set up by this woman. Listening to the tapes made me think it was all staged. She is very phoney in the way she talks to him. Seriously have my doubts about all of this.
